Andhra Pradesh state police department has announced the notification for the recruitment of 14000 Constable and 200 Sub Inspector posts. This recruitment is purely based on the written exam and other test by the AP Police. Qualification of jobs for SI and Constable is different and for sub-inspector candidates should be graduation from recognized board or university and for constable general duty tenth pass from any board. Starting of application for the AP Police will be announced because details are not prepared yet. Job location of SI and Constable is in the Andhra Pradesh state only.

- The candidates should have degree of Graduation/ Equaling for the exam of Sub-Inspector posts and
- Matriculation/10th class for Constable Post from any recognized Institute or board.
Required Age Criteria:
- Candidate’s age should be in between 18 to 25 years.
- Relaxation in upper age limit is given by govt rules.
The candidate’s selection is based on the following criteria or test
- Physical efficiency test,
- Written Test and
The AP Police examination authority will decide fee details for all the category viz. General, OBC, ST/SC and other. This is not available yet.
