Which country has amended One Couple, One Child Policy – China

The approval to amend One Couple, One Child Policy was given by China’s National People’s Congress Standing Committee. The amendment in the policy will remove the restrictions of having only one child per couple.
The amendment seeks to balance the population structure of the country.
Earlier, in the year 2013, the couples were allowed to have a second child only under the condition that either parent was an only child.
Reliance Jio launched 4G telecom service

Reliance Jio Infocomm Ltd (RJIL) or Reliance Jio launched 4G telecom service. The service was launched at the Reliance Corporate Park in Navy Mumbai to mark the birth anniversary of Dhirubhai Ambani, founder of the Reliance Industries Limited (RIL).
However, at present, it is limited to 85000 employees and their families of the company, while the commercial services are expected to begin by April 2016.

Indian Air Force successfully test fired the indigenously developed Beyond Visual Range (BVR) air-to-air missile, Astra near the Integrated Test Range (ITR), Balasore, off the coast of Odisha.
The objective of the test is to validate the ECCM (electronic counter-counter measure) to overcome any jamming.
It is India’s first beyond visual range air-to-air missile (BVRAAM) with the ability to engage its target with an operational range of 60km.
Former CJ of Karnataka & Kerala High Courts Justice VS Malimath died
कर्नाटक के पूर्व मुख्य न्यायाधीश न्यायमूर्ति वीएस मालिमत का निधन हो गया
Former Chief Justice of Karnataka and Kerala High Courts Justice V S Malimath died on 22 December 2015 at Manipal hospital in Bengaluru. He was 86-years old and survived by wife Prema Devi V Malimath, a son and four daughters.
He was born on 12 June 12 1929, secured first rank in LL.B. and had a post Graduate Diploma in Public International Law from University of London in 1952. He commenced practicing in the High Court of Bombay in 1952 and later shifted to Bengaluru in late 1956.
‘Make in India Week’ to start from 13 February
मेक इन इंडिया वीक की शुरुआत 13 फ़रवरी
Taking a cue from the biennial investor congregation – Vibrant Gujarat Summit – held every alternate year in Gujarat the Central Government is organising “Make in India Week” in Mumbai during February 13-18, 2016.
The week-long event, being organised by the Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion (DIPP), Union Ministry of Commerce and Industry, will have investors meet for the manufacturing sector under Make in India.
Following the ambitious initiative of the Prime Minister Narendra Modi to encourage investments in the manufacturing sector in the country, the government will conduct the ‘Make in India Week’ on the lines of three-day Vibrant Gujarat Summit. The event will be inaugurated by Prime Minister Modi on February 13.
Amitabh Kant appointed CEO of NITI Aayog
अमिताभ कांत को नीति आयोग का सीईओ नियुक्त किया गया
Senior IAS officer Amitabh Kant has been given additional charge as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of National Institution for Transforming India (NITI) Aayog.
Decision in this regard was taken by Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) headed by Prime Minister Narendra Modi in New Delhi. Mr. Kant’s appointment comes after incumbent NITI Aayog CEO Sindhushree Khullar’s extended tenure is coming on 31st December 2015.
